MyTieSupply operates an independent online marketplace curating authentic vintage, pre-owned, and archival neckwear. Unless explicitly marked as New with Tags ("NWT"), all items offered are pre-owned vintage goods sold in as-described condition.
2. Brand Disclaimer & First Sale Doctrine
MyTieSupply is an independent reseller of genuine second-hand goods. We are not affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with Hermès Paris, Salvatore Ferragamo, Drake's London, J. Press, or any of their respective subsidiaries or affiliates. All brand names, trademarks, logos, and emblems are registered trademarks of their respective owners and are used strictly for identification and editorial description under the First Sale Doctrine.
3. Condition & Inspection
Every piece is individually hand-inspected for fabric integrity, weave structure, and labeling. Due to the vintage nature of these pieces, minor signs of archival wear, gentle handling, or vintage patina may be present. Comprehensive high-resolution photography is provided for each listing and forms an integral part of the item condition description.
