Standard Archival Fulfillment Policy
Domestic & International Dispatch
All orders are packaged in protective rigid mailers with acid-free tissue to prevent crushing and creasing during transit. Domestic orders are dispatched via USPS Ground Advantage or Priority Mail within 1 business day with end-to-end tracking provided upon label generation.
7-Day Inspection & Return Window
If an item arrives with an undisclosed flaw or fails to meet the described condition, you may initiate a return within 7 calendar days of tracking-confirmed delivery.
- Items must be returned in the exact unworn condition received.
- Original packaging and any accompanying tags must be included.
- To initiate a return, email MyTieSupplyStore@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order ID.
Refund Processing
Upon receipt and physical inspection of the returned piece, refunds are issued immediately back to your original method of payment (processed through Stripe within 2–5 business days).
